I got some balloons from Party City for my kid’s birthday and they was better than I expected. The colors looked really nice and they stay full for way longer than I thought they would. A few of them are still floating around days later. I’m happy with how they turn out.

I checked Party City’s website before heading out because I needed balloons and plates at the last minute. It said my local store had everything in stock, so I figured I’d take the chance.
I got there and everything I had looked up was actually on the shelves. No wasted trip, no annoying surprise, just grabbed what I needed and left

I was surprised by how fast it got here. My order arrived in just two days, which is way quicker than what I’ve gotten from some other places lately. Definitely a nice change compared to competitors that make you wait a week or more...

I picked up a Halloween costume from Party City, it was better than I expected. The fabric didn’t have that terrible plastic-y feel you sometimes get with costumes, which was a nice surprise. The sizing was actually accurate too, amazingly enough. My kid wore it the whole night, ran around nonstop, and nothing ripped or fell apart, so I guess credit where it’s due, I’m happy with it

The box showed up in great shape, and everything was packed well. Nothing was crushed, torn, or messy, and the stuff inside looked clean too. I did feel a little ignored when I had a question about the order and didn’t really get much back, but as far as the packaging and delivery goes, I don’t have any complaints.

I had a easy time using the Party City website. The menus were laid out in a way that made sense, so I didn’t have to click around forever to find balloons and party plates. The search worked well too, even with normal phrases like “blue birthday,” which is how most people shop. Checkout was straightforward, and I never felt lost or confused. Overall, it’s a nice, practical website that makes party shopping easier.

I ended up returning a few party decorations I didn’t use, like extra balloons, unused table covers, some streamers, and a couple little centerpiece things. I was expecting it to be annoying, like printing labels, answering a bunch of questions, waiting forever, or getting bounced between people, but it was way easier than that.

The refund came through quicker than I thought, and the customer service person was actually nice and normal about it. No weird back-and-forth, no long emails, no making me explain the same thing five times, no “please wait 7 to 10 business days” drama. I’d definitely order from Party City again

I opened the box and, as far as I can tell, it had exactly what I ordered. Nothing seemed missing or wrong, so I guess it all worked out.

I ordered balloons and a few table decorations for my daughter’s birthday, the delivery date mattered a lot because I cut it close. For what I needed, it ended up being a good value since everything arrived in time and saved me from running around last minute.

I’m giving 4 stars because the tracking didn’t really update for a day or two, which made me a little nervous. Still, the order arrived when it was supposed to, and I’d be fine ordering from them again.

I was really happy with these party supplies. Everything looked nice and held up great, especially compared to some cheaper sets I’ve bought in the past that fell apart quickly. For the price, the quality was better than I expected, and I’d definitely buy them again
